Eight Square Chess Academy prepares to host its 2nd International FIDE-rated (Below 1650) Chess Tournament 2026. Scheduled from July 3rd to July 5th, 2026, this three-day event features a massive total prize pool of over ₹5,00,000. Moving away from traditional prize structures, the tournament stands out by featuring prizes including 9 LED TVs and 3 Laptops alongside cash payouts. The entire action will unfold at the Hall of Chess, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai.

Venue: Hall of Chess, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
